We would rather be judged on the jobs we get asked back for than on a wall of certificates.
Our work sits on hospitals, car parks, bridges, schools and commercial buildings across New South Wales and Queensland. The jobs we are proudest of are the awkward ones. Cutting where a post tension cable could not be touched, scanning that found what the drawings did not, repairs carried out on a structure that had to stay open, and work completed to a programme nobody thought was achievable.
The other achievement is the team. Concrete cutting and repair operators are scarce in this country and there is no shortcut to making one. We train ours, ticket them and keep them, and the growth into Queensland was staffed that way rather than by buying in crews.
