Cracked concrete is not just a cosmetic problem.
Left open, cracks let in water, corrode the steel inside the slab and get worse under load. Perfect Concrete Care carries out concrete crack repair by resin injection across Sydney and New South Wales, restoring strength and stopping water for good.
We use two methods depending on the crack, the structure, and whether water is present:
- gravity injection
- pressure injection.
We will tell you which one your job needs, and why.
Crack injection is the concrete crack repair method that seals the crack all the way through rather than skimming over the top of it. We use two methods depending on the crack, the structure and whether water is present.

When you need crack injection
- Structural or hairline cracks in slabs, walls, columns or beams
- Water leaking through a crack in a basement, planter, lift pit or retaining wall
- Cracks that need sealing before waterproofing, coating or tiling
- Early signs of concrete cancer where cracking has started
Gravity injection
Best for horizontal surfaces and slabs. We open and clean the crack, then feed a low-viscosity resin into it under gravity so it runs the full depth of the crack and cures hard. It is fast, clean, and ideal for floor slabs where the crack is accessible from the top.
Use it for: floor slabs and horizontal cracks where the crack can be filled from above.
Perfect Concrete Care
Pressure injection
Best for walls, columns, beams and any crack where water is present or the crack runs deep. Pressure injection is a controlled, staged process over three visits:
- Day 1 - we seal the surface of the crack with paste and fit injection nipples along its length.
- Day 2 - we inject resin under pressure through the nipples, forcing it deep into the full width of the crack.
- Day 3 - we return, check the cure, remove the nipples and finish the surface.
The result is a crack filled and bonded through its full depth, sealed against water and structurally sound.
Use it for: walls, columns, beams, leaking cracks, and deep or full-depth cracks.

Why Perfect Concrete Care
- Specialists in concrete repair, cutting, coring, grinding and GPR scanning, so we understand the structure before we touch it
- We scan and assess first, then match the right injection method to the crack, not a one-size-fits-all fix
- Experienced working in live and occupied buildings with minimal disruption
ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified systems behind every job
Case study
Cumberland City Council pool, Sydney
A council pool with cracked, spalling concrete and corroded reinforcement, back in service rather than rebuilt.
Cumberland City Council had an ageing public pool in poor condition. Rather than demolish and pour again, we assessed the structure, injected the cracks, repaired the corroded reinforcement and patched the spalled concrete. The pool went back into service.
That is the argument for crack injection on most commercial structures. Sealing a crack and treating the steel behind it costs a fraction of replacing the element, and it can usually be done without taking the whole asset offline.

Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
What does concrete maintenance actually cover?
Repairing and maintaining an existing slab: joints, spalling, cracks, worn or uneven surfaces, and any cutting, coring or scanning needed as the facility changes. It is about extending the life of the floor you already have.
Can you work while the warehouse is operating?
We stage the work bay by bay and run nights and weekends where needed, so operations keep moving.
How quickly can a repaired area be back in service?
It depends on the repair and product used. Many joint and spall repairs can take traffic within hours. We will tell you the return-to-service time before we start so you can plan around it.
Do you cover multiple sites?
Yes. We run maintenance programs across multiple facilities in NSW and QLD with one point of contact and consistent reporting.
Do you scan before coring?
Always. GPR scanning is standard before any penetration so we do not hit reinforcement, post-tension cables or services.
