Concrete Cutting, Scanning and Maintenance Contractors

Perfect Contracting was a subcontractor I managed on the Blue Mountains Route Clearance Project for the Continuum Alliance (A CPB/Lendlease joint venture in alliance with TfNSW). Dealing with Perfect Contracting was a pleasure, they worked collaboratively with other subcontractors on the project and always put the timely completion of the project above all else. Their teams were committed to delivering the project with zero harm and modified their methodologies to address all safety and environmental concerns. I just want to provide some positive feedback regarding the work completed Marco on Sunday the 6th of June based on his quality of work and his consideration to completing the works with minimal impact on the community by adjusting how he completed the works to reduce overall noise. Along with this, all the works completed that I have been onsite to witness have been superb and I really appreciate what each of your guys have been delivering the last couple of months.

Perfect Concrete Care is a new supplier for the John Holland NRS Project. For the projects they've completed so far, they have provided skilled operators and high[1]quality equipment for core drilling and concrete cutting works. Personnel competencies are compliant with Sydney Trains corridor requirements, contributing to a smooth and reliable engagement.

Wanted to take a moment to recognise the boys that have been doing drilling for us, Nelson and Geordie. They have been doing a great job, are reliable and great to work with. It is nice to have a team that we can set to a task and they can complete it effectively, and be able to discuss challenges and come up with solutions. Their attitude at work, particularly Nelson who has taken more of the leadership responsibility for the two of them, is commendable and their willingness to help out and work with/around other teams and be flexible with changing plans is a great asset.

When it comes to tackling challenging projects, Perfect Concrete Care is the contractor you want on your team. I've had excellent results with Perfect Concrete Care on two separate projects, and I plan to continue engaging them for future work. The GPR scanning of the platform coping reinforcement was carried out along the Sydenham to Bankstown corridor, from Marrickville through to Bankstown. The works were carried out safely and professionally, and Nelson was reliable with site access, attendance and completing the works as scheduled. Overall, we were happy with how the works were managed and delivered.
