Policies

Our policies at Perfect Concrete Care set out how we operate, transparently, safely, and consistently, on every project we take on.

They are not paperwork for its own sake, they are the practical rules that guide decisions on site, in the office, and with every client we work with.

Our core policies cover:

  • Workplace Health & Safety PolicySafety Personnel Safety comes first on every PCC site. Our WHS policy sets out risk assessments specific to concrete cutting and coring work, correct PPE and respiratory protection for dust and silica exposure, and clear procedures for hazard reporting. Every crew member is expected – and encouraged – to stop work and raise a concern if something doesn’t look right.
  • Environmental PolicyEnvironmental Impact & Waste Reduction We aim to keep the environmental footprint of our work as small as possible: wet-cutting to control dust, sorting and recycling concrete waste where practical, and running equipment efficiently to cut down on unnecessary fuel use and site disruption.
  • Quality Management Policy Every project is delivered against clear quality benchmarks, from the accuracy of a concrete scan to the finish on a polished floor. We build in checks at each stage of a job, and we use client feedback to keep tightening our processes.
  • Equal Employment Opportunity & Anti-Discrimination PolicyDiversity and Inclusion Hiring, training and promotion decisions at PCC are based on merit. Our policy sets a clear expectation of a workplace free of harassment and discrimination, where every team member – on site or in the office – is treated with respect.
  • Client & Community Relations Policy We keep communication open and direct with clients, site neighbours and the public, particularly on jobs involving noise, dust or access disruption. The goal is straightforward: minimise disruption, keep people informed, and deliver outcomes that hold up over the long term.

These policies are reviewed regularly to make sure they stay aligned with current regulations

and with how our work actually happens on site — not just how it's written down.
