Quality, safety and environment in one system

Our Integrated Management System covers quality, work health and safety, and environment in one set of documents rather than three that contradict each other. It runs to 31 policies and a register of 66 procedures, and it is the system every division works to. Perfect Concrete Care works to it in both New South Wales and Queensland.
The core three are the Quality Policy, the Work Health and Safety Policy and the Environmental Policy. Underneath them sit the ones that get used daily on site: Risk Management and Safe Work, Incident Reporting and Investigation, Emergency Management and First Aid, Fatigue Management, Fitness for Work, Working at Heights and Fall Prevention, Traffic and Pedestrian Management, Manual Handling, Hazardous Materials and Airborne Contaminants, and Demolition and Structural Stability.
For cutting and grinding crews the ones that get used most are Hazardous Materials and Airborne Contaminants, which is where silica sits, Risk Management and Safe Work, and Working at Heights. One worth stating plainly: we do not manufacture, supply, process, cut, grind or modify engineered stone under any circumstance. That has been our position since the start of 2025 and it is written into the policy, not left to judgement on site.

We pay our respects to the Traditional Custodians and Elders past, present and future, and honour their connection to the land and ongoing contribution to society.
