Concrete Care is a small division inside a group of about 250 people. Our crews come from a lot of backgrounds and a lot of countries.
The job works because everyone on site is held to the same standard and given the same chance, in New South Wales and Queensland.
Who works here
Saw and core operators, grinders, labourers, supervisors, estimators and office staff. Many of our operators started with us as labourers and learned the trade on our jobs. We hire on attitude and train the skill.
Pathways in
Labourer to operator to leading hand is a real path in this business, and it is how most of our senior crew got here. We put people through the tickets and the on-the-job hours to move up, and we do not hold anyone back because of where they started.

One standard of conduct
Everyone on a Perfect site, whether ours, a client's or a subcontractor's, is expected to be treated with respect and to treat others the same way. Harassment or discrimination is dealt with under the group's policies, which apply to every division equally.
Working with our clients' obligations
Many of our government and Tier 1 clients carry workforce participation targets, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment and apprenticeship targets. We report what our crews contribute to those honestly, and the wider Perfect Group works with Ngemba Services on Indigenous participation.
Part of a bigger group
Perfect Group is Great Place to Work Certified, and the social events, training days and toolbox sessions in the photos on this page are shared across the divisions. Concrete Care crews are part of that, not separate from it.
