Our safety team is made up of dedicated professionals who oversee every aspect of project safety, ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly adhered to at every stage of a project.

Their expertise and vigilance ensure that we maintain our exemplary safety record and that every worker returns home safely at the end of each day.

Our safety personnel include:

  • Certified Safety OfficersOur safety officers are responsible for developing and implementing safety plans, conducting regular safety audits, and enforcing compliance with all OH&S regulations. They work closely with site managers to identify potential hazards before they become risks, creating a safer work environment for everyone involved.
  • Site Safety Coordinators – The role of the site safety coordinator is to ensure that safety protocols are being followed on-site every day. They monitor worker behaviour, ensure the correct use of PPE, and conduct toolbox talks to address specific safety concerns before starting a day’s work.
  • Compliance and Risk Management OfficersThese officers are responsible for ensuring that every project meets or exceeds regulatory standards. They keep track of changes in OH&S legislation, assess the risks associated with specific projects, and develop mitigation strategies to manage those risks.
