Safety underpins everything we do at Perfect Concrete Care, and our safety team is what makes that more than a slogan.
Our safety personnel oversee every stage of a project,
from the initial risk assessment through to sign-off – to make sure protocols are followed consistently on site. Their job is simple in principle and demanding in practice: everyone goes home safely, every day.Roles on our safety team include:
Certified Safety Officers
Responsible for building and rolling out site-specific safety plans, running regular audits, and keeping every project compliant with current WHS regulations. They work directly with site leads to flag hazards before they become incidents.Site Safety Coordinators
On the ground day to day, making sure PPE and respiratory protection are used correctly, monitoring how work is actually carried out, and running toolbox talks to cover site-specific risks before work starts.Compliance & Risk Management Officers
Track changes in WHS legislation, assess risk on a project-by-project basis, and build the mitigation plans that keep our sites compliant and safe.

Beyond their day-to-day responsibilities, our safety personnel also lead ongoing training sessions so our crews are prepared for whatever comes up on site.
It’s this proactive approach that keeps safety front of mind across the business, not just something reviewed after the fact.
