Training and Development

At Perfect Concrete Care, our people are what make precise, safe concrete work possible

We invest in training that keeps them capable, current and confident on every job.

Our training covers:

  • Induction & Onboarding
Every new starter goes through a structured induction covering our safety expectations, equipment procedures and site conduct before they set foot on a live job. This includes correct use of saws, core drills, grinders and dust extraction equipment.
  • Ongoing Professional Development
We run regular training throughout the year covering machinery operation, silica dust and respiratory safety, and updates to concrete scanning and detection technology, so our teams stay ahead of changes in equipment and regulation.
  • Traineeships & Mentoring
We bring new operators into the industry through structured, mentor-led programs. Experienced crew pair with trainees on real jobs, combining hands-on learning with formal instruction across cutting, coring, grinding and scanning techniques.
  • Leadership Development
Site supervisors and project leads are given the tools to manage crews, coordinate with clients and run projects safely and on schedule, building the next layer of leadership within the business.
  • Safety Training & Compliance
Safety Personnel Our teams are trained on current WHS requirements relevant to concrete work – working at heights, confined space entry for scanning jobs, and safe machinery operation – with regular toolbox talks and refreshers to keep this front of mind on site.

The result is a workforce that stays with us

and performs consistently on every job, which is reflected in the retention of our crews and the quality clients see project after project.
