Perfect Concrete Care was engaged to undertake Concrete Polishing works in Oran Park.
Over the series of 2 weeks, our operators conducted multiple passes over the bare concrete slab with aggressive low grit diamond shoes on our rotary floor grinders to expose the aggregate within the slab.
Firstly, aggregate exposure was approved. Then, Perfect Concrete Care continued with the polishing process with a series of passes with our resin pads 50-200 grit, applying densifier between every pass.
Finally, we applied our C2 protectant sealer to lock in the polishing works. Besides that, we wanted to finish with a final buff of the slab.
