Perfect Concrete Care were engaged to grind, seal and polish floors up to 50 grit. 70% of all concrete cares resources including floor grinders, hand grinders and dust extractors were used on this project as the client wanted the job done in strictly one week. So we made it happen!
Concrete Care completed 3 passes over the 700m2 slab to fully expose aggregate within the slab with diamond bonded shoes. A further 4 passes were done with resin bonded shoes to polish the slab up to 50 grit. Finally applying a sealer to penetrate and protect the slab.
Job was completed after 7 working days and client is happy!
