Project Overview
Perfect Concrete Care has been engaged by McCann Construction & Property P/L to complete a series of internal wall cuts as part of the latest refurbishment works at St George Leagues Club.
This project required a controlled approach to concrete cutting within a live, indoor environment, where both noise and dust management were critical considerations.
Methodology
To achieve safe and efficient results, our operators utilised a combination of electric hand saws and ring saws to cut through the brick walls.
By using electric-powered equipment instead of fuel-driven machinery, we ensured:
- Minimal noise and vibration
- Zero emissions within enclosed spaces
- Full compliance with dust and air-quality control requirements
This approach allowed the works to progress smoothly while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for surrounding areas of the facility that remained operational during the refurbishment.
Outcome
The project demonstrates Perfect Concrete Care’s ability to deliver:
- Precise and clean internal wall cuts
- Strict adherence to safety and environmental controls
- Efficient execution with minimal disruption to site operations
Supported by our ISO-certified safety systems and a team of experienced operators, Perfect Concrete Care continues to set the standard for precision concrete cutting across New South Wales.
This project at St George Leagues Club highlights our continued commitment to safe, efficient, and client-focused delivery in complex indoor environments. Whether working in live facilities, confined spaces, or sensitive refurbishment sites, our team ensures every cut is made with precision and care.
