Perfect Concrete Care was contracted to undertake some wall sawing works.
There were no joints between the columns. Perfect had to strategize a way to cut 1.2 thick columns, to create a 30mm joint. This is to allow for the building movement during winter and summer when the building would expand and contract to eliminate and remediate the structural defects.
Using our 3-phase Tyrolit wall saw set up with 700mm blades, Perfect made the various cuts in the concrete columns. All works were completed efficiently.
