Perfect Concrete Care was engaged to undertaking concrete grind and seal works over 5 levels. The objective of the works was to have full aggregate exposure and level out the slab.
Works happened over the duration of 6 weeks and Perfect Concrete Care completed some concrete screening on multiple locations on site as well as spray painting arrows across hallways as directed.
Perfect Concrete Care had on average 2-3 concrete care operators a day operating various floor and hand grinders. Finishing off the grinding works with viroseal which is a penetrating sealer.
Client is happy with the end result of works and all works were completing in correct timing/stagin of project.
