Perfect Concrete Care was engaged to undertake concrete grind and seal works of a 940m2 warehouse.
Perfect Concrete Care used our HTC 650 grinder with connecting dust extractor alongside our smaller grinder and dust extractor systems to remove any existing membrane remaining on the factory floor. They also clean up the slab for an efficient change over of hands for the warehouse.
We completed two passes over the factory floor with diamond bonded shoes, once all grinding works were completed and the client approved the work.
We next applied 1 coat of penetrating sealer across the warehouse floor, to protect the slab. In concluding the works we used floor scrubbers to clean the warehouse floor too.
Our team carried out all works over the course of 6 days.
