Project Overview
Perfect Concrete Care has been engaged by Infinity Constructions Group to complete 2,000 square metres of car park slab clean-up and sealer application at the Scape Kensington development in Sydney.
This package forms part of the car park refurbishment program, where our team is focused on restoring and protecting the concrete surface to ensure long-term durability and a clean, professional finish.
Scope of Works
The scope includes:
- A grinding pass to clean and level the existing concrete slab
- Two coats of penetrant sealer applied to enhance surface finish and provide long-term protection against wear and contaminants
These works are designed to improve both the functionality and appearance of the car park floor while extending its service life.
Methodology & Equipment
To achieve maximum efficiency and precision, our crews are utilising:
- HTC RX6 remote grinders for large-area coverage
- HTC 650 units for smaller or detailed sections
- H-Class vacuum systems to control dust and maintain a clean, safe working environment
This combination of high-performance machinery and effective dust management allows our team to operate safely and productively, even within active construction zones.
Project Duration & Progress
The works commenced this week and are expected to run for approximately two to three weeks, with progress tracking on schedule.
